We believe that connecting with your nature in nature can awaken your potential in the most powerful of ways. Andy offers a nature-inspired coaching journey that will help you identify, create and sustain personal change. It is not about giving advice - it is about helping you to uncover your own deeply held values and motivations, unlock limiting assumptions and lead a life that makes you truly come alive. The first session is generally a purposeful walk in nature, with the intent of seeking new insights and guidance in response to the important questions in your life. We then set a number of stretching goals that we work to achieve over the course of the journey.

Andy is a life coach and mindfulness practitioner with a wealth of experience leading people through transformation. As Executive Director of the Aldersgate Group, he has worked with a diverse range of executives to drive change, with clients including BT, Microsoft, Marks and Spencer, Aviva, Asda, Jaguar Land Rover, Nestle, National Grid, Sky, Thames Water, TUC, WWF and Friends of the Earth.
