chloe revill, co-founder

Chloe is a professional facilitator, strategic advisor and speechwriter, with 15 years of experience working on environmental protection and international climate change policy. Her passion is helping people reconnect with what really matters and empowering them to advocate for it in decision-making spaces. Chloe’s work includes leading immersive nature experiences, supporting organisations and networks to build healthier internal cultures and advising activists on how to engage with international decision-making at the highest level. She takes a holistic approach to this work, recognising that the scale of change required must engage people’s hearts as well as their heads.

Chloe started her career as a UK Government diplomat and public policy strategist, working closely with Government Ministers and senior negotiators from a wide range of developed and developing countries. She represented the UK at the United Nations and helped forge a pioneering diplomatic coalition to secure the first global treaty on climate change. In 2015 she founded Change in Nature, and has since supported hundreds of individuals to reconnect with their passion for environmental protection. Alongside this, she has consulted for leading think tanks and organisations including E3G, Mission 2020 and the European Climate Foundation. She currently supports high-profile youth activists from around the world to participate in multilateral spaces like the UN climate negotiations.
