What will you come away with?
At the end, you will receive a Certification of Completion. While not an external accreditation, Change in Nature’s facilitation courses are widely recognised for their depth and integrity. Participants consistently share outstanding feedback and apply the learnings in organisational, community and transformational settings.
However, the course is so much more than a formal training. It’s an invitation to step more fully into your craft and calling as a facilitator. This journey will take your practice to new depths. You'll come away with not only tools and techniques - but the embodied confidence to hold complex, alive and transformational spaces with grace and clarity.
The aim is that you will feel rooted in your unique voice as a facilitator, with a deeper trust in your presence and leadership. You will have grown your confidence to design, hold and reflect on powerful group processes, from beginning to end, and gain a clearer sense of the bigger picture of group transformation. Most of all, we hope that you will leave this course changed - not just as a facilitator, but as a human being. You will have not only refined your skills, but deepened your purpose and your capacity to share your gifts more skilfully with others. Facilitation is not just something you “do” but a way of being.
