Samhain Sessions

Thursday 30th October at Loveland, Penryn

Gathering from 6pm, dinner from 6.20pm, fireside from 7pm.

Join us for a warm community gathering filled with song, story and a Syrian feast lovingly prepared by Iman’s Syrian Food (based in Falmouth). Together, we’ll gather around the fire to mark Samhain - the ancient Celtic festival that honors the turning of the seasons, the thinning of the veil between worlds and the deep remembering of our ancestors. It’s a time for reflection, release and renewal as we step into the darker half of the year. It promises to be a night that nourishes both body and spirit. Please bring offerings for the fireside such as songs, stories and poems… Or just come to recieve and listen.

This is the sixth Thrive in Nature workshop, a two-year project supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Every six weeks, at key seasonal turning points, we gather for immersive workshops designed to deepen our connection to nature, community and creativity. There has been songs, storytelling, creative writing, personal enquiry, deep nature connection and plenty of laughter - all based on donation (99p-£15).

Come and be part of this journey. We look forward to thriving in nature with you!
