Thrive in Nature
This is the seventh Thrive in Nature workshop, a two-year project supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
Every six weeks, at key seasonal turning points, we gather for immersive workshops designed to deepen our connection to nature, community and creativity. There has been songs, storytelling, creative writing, personal enquiry, deep nature connection and plenty of laughter - all based on donation (99p-£15).
Come and be part of this journey. We look forward to thriving in nature with you!

The Facilitators….
Naomi Hannam (Workshop Facilitator)
I’m Naomi Hannam - an artist, educator and nature-based facilitator passionate about weaving connections between land, community, and creativity. I work with the abundance of nature to explore beauty, play and curiosity through practical relationships with plants and fibres. My craft includes basket making, weaving, natural dyeing, ink making, and foraging for colour and herbs - all inspired by reading the hedgerows and discovering what the landscape has to offer.
For over fifteen years, I’ve been running creative and therapeutic workshops that are playful, hands-on and process-led. I love guiding people to connect with nature through curiosity and creativity - sometimes starting with something as simple (and magical) as boiling a few plants in a pot! I run Creative Roots, offering workshops across Cornwall, and also work as a horticultural therapist at The Eden Project.
