The facilitators

Beth Richardson

Beth is a Cornwall based artist who reflects on spaces in her often large scale paintings. Exploring vessels and voids, she invites viewers to sink, float and dive into unknown and ambiguous worlds somewhere between the real and the imagined.

Beth's life drawing practice is inspired by her training with the late Meriel Gold who was a student of visionary British artist Cecil Collins. Their intuitive approach to life drawing explores the felt quality of a pose rather than simply its anatomical form. Working with the figure, her approach uses materials like reeds, quills and brushes to respond to and be guided by the atmosphere and poetry of the pose.

Andy Raingold

Andy has been guiding immersive nature experiences and personal development programmes since founding Change in Nature in 2015. His work includes guiding transformative nature experiences, teaching facilitation skills, leadership training, enhancing creativity, crafting new stories for social change and supporting progressive businesses and organisations to “think differently”.
