Gathering from noon, workshop starts at 1pm.
Join us in community for a workshop exploring the magic and medicine of local autumn plants and create your own winter wellness elixir. Together we’ll forage seasonal plants such as hawthorn and rose hips, and explore their healing properties. You’ll learn simple ways to tune into plants, craft medicine with your own hands and take home a seasonal elixir to support wellbeing through the darker months, blending practical herbal wisdom with deep nature connection.

Thrive in Nature
This is the fifth Thrive in Nature workshop, a two-year project supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
Every six weeks, at key seasonal turning points, we’ll gather for immersive workshops designed to deepen our connection to nature, community, and creativity. Expect songs, storytelling, creative writing, personal enquiry, deep nature connection, and plenty of laughter - all based on donation (99p-£15).

To book, you are invited to make a charitable donation (pay what you feel, £99p - £15). All funds raised for this workshop will go to Shelterbox the Cornish charity which provide shelter, essential items and technical assistance to help some of the world’s most vulnerable people recover and rebuild their homes after disaster - including in Gaza, Syria and Sudan.

Herbalist · Naturopath · Hedgewitch · Plant Medicine Woman
With over 25 years of experience working with the healing power of plants, Louisa is a practising herbalist, plant spirit medicine practitioner and naturopath. She works with both wild and cultivated herbs to create remedies for her clients, community, and loved ones — guided always by a deep reverence for the wisdom of the plants.
Her practice is rooted in a love for the land and a passion for sharing plant knowledge to support whole-body health and vitality. She sees plants not just as medicine, but as wise allies and teachers.

Andy Raingold
Andy has been guiding immersive nature experiences and personal development programmes since founding Change in Nature in 2015. His work includes guiding transformative nature experiences, teaching facilitation skills, leadership training, enhancing creativity, crafting new stories for social change and supporting progressive businesses and organisations to “think differently”.
