Thrive in Nature
This is part of a two-year project supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
Every six weeks, at key seasonal turning points, we’ll gather for immersive workshops designed to deepen our connection to nature, community, and creativity. Expect songs, storytelling, creative writing, personal enquiry, deep nature connection, and plenty of laughter - all based on donation (99p-£15). We look forward to thriving in nature with you!

Early booking recommended (previous workshops have sold out)
To book, you are invited to make a charitable donation (pay what you feel, £99p - £15). All funds raised for this workshop will go to the Loveland medicinal herb garden - an accessible space for the educational and practical purpose of nurturing our collective wellbeing. The garden houses over 30 key plants used in an apothecary to create teas, tinctures and balms.

Beth
Herbalist · Naturopath · Hedgewitch · Plant Medicine Woman
With over 25 years of experience working with the healing power of plants, Louisa is a practising herbalist, plant spirit medicine practitioner and naturopath. She works with both wild and cultivated herbs to create remedies for her clients, community, and loved ones — guided always by a deep reverence for the wisdom of the plants.
Her practice is rooted in a love for the land and a passion for sharing plant knowledge to support whole-body health and vitality. She sees plants not just as medicine, but as wise allies and teachers.
