Online Facilitation Training
Deepening skills to build connection, community and change
Starting Tuesday 30th September 2025
5 weekly online gatherings at 7pm
From Zoom Doom to Zoom Bloom
We’ve all been there. The dreaded Zoom Doom. A meeting that launches straight into business. No spark, no connection, no creativity. Attention slips, energy drains and you start wondering why you showed up in the first place.
But we know that it doesn’t have to be this way.
Welcome to Zoom Wonderland — a playful, vibrant and deeply human approach to online gatherings.
This course is all about creating online spaces that inspire, connect and support real change. With over a decade of experience designing transformative gatherings in nature, we now bring that wisdom, creativity and heart to the online world.
What is the course?
Our Online Facilitation Training is designed for anyone who wants to start or deepen their journey as a facilitator of online groups. Whether you’re completely new or already a seasoned facilitator, you’ll discover frameworks, practices and confidence to turn your online sessions into engaging, connecting and inspiring experiences.
You’ll also become part of a like-minded community, where you can learn, experiment and grow together. The learnings can also be applied to facilitate sessions in person.

Who?
This course is for anyone curious about facilitation — beginners and experienced practitioners alike. As one participant said, “Some of the others already had live facilitation experience and wanted to migrate those skills to online sessions, but I wanted to start from scratch with facilitation. Oddly enough - and brilliantly - the course supported both needs.”
Where & when?
The programme is hosted online (via Zoom). There are 5 sessions on Tuesday evenings at 7-9pm UK time.
