Sat 14th - Sun 15th November (9.30am to 4pm both days) on Zoom

Early Bird Price: £245 - £295

What?

These are challenging times. With so much unfolding in the world, many of us are feeling disorientated, unsettled and overwhelmed. This course offers a toolkit for our times: practical, evidence-based tools to help you feel more rooted in what strengthens, supports and sustains you and more ready to face whatever challenges might come your way.

The practices and framings we will explore will not only nurture your own wellbeing, but also equip you with resources to share and support others, personally and professionally. We will explore approaches to regulate your nervous system, deepen networks of support, navigate confusion and despair and find meaning and steadiness amid change. As you grow your own capacity for resilience, you’ll also strengthen your ability to support others - with greater empathy, clarity and confidence.

Why?

  • Learn tools and practices that you can share with others - both in a personal and professional capacity;

  • Build skills and capacities to hold people who are feeling challenged and dis-regulated;

  • Start or deepen a resilience practice to help you navigate life’s challenges in a more skilled and resourced way;

  • Develop resourcing, clearing and grounding tools to sustain your capacity to hold space for others and reduces the risk of burnout;

  • Explore frameworks to activate hope which can address feelings of anxiety, despair and uncertainty about the future;

  • Connect with a like-minded community for on-going support, learning and inspiration.
