A private, nature-rich space near Exeter, ideal for strategy days and team retreats.

Just 20 minutes from Exeter, our 15 acre rewilding site offers a calm, green setting for groups who want space to breathe, think clearly and do good work together.

Our Spaces

Two adjoining rooms (each 5m x 3.5m), kitchenette & bathroom. Comfortable, light-filled meeting space seating up to 12 people.

Indoor Rooms

Surrounded by blossom in spring and apples in autumn. Canopy platform, fire pit seating & woodland workspace.

The Treehouse

The Barn

Open sided rustic hay barn with far-reaching views across to the Blackdown Hills. Indoor-outdoor space. Comfortably seats 16.

Pricing

Weekday daytime use (8:30am - 5:30pm): £250.

Weekday overnight retreats:

  • £750 for 24 hours (6pm - 6pm the following day)

  • £1,000 for 32 hours (8am - 6pm the following day)

Includes daytime use of the indoor rooms and treehouse + any time use of the woodland circle, barn & camping field.

Prices are based on groups of up to 12 people self catering and bringing their own camping equipment.

We can offer bell tents and catering at an additional cost (see extras).

    We have 10+ years’ experience leading impactful nature-based workshops and retreats - helping teams to think more clearly and creatively.

    Rates from £350 (for a 3 hour workshop) or £650 (for a full day).

  • A gentle, guided walk exploring our beautiful rewilding site.

    This can be shaped to your group - from a more informative walk learning about rewilding, to a slower, more reflective experience focused on wellbeing and connection with nature.

    1-1.5 hour guided walk from £150

  • We can provide a simple, home-prepared lunch of seasonal soup, fresh bread and salad.

    £15 per person

  • We have 5 x 5m unfurnished bell tents available for on-site overnight stays. Each tent comfortably sleeps 2-3 people. We set them up and take them down. Guests bring their own sleeping mats and bedding.

    We can offer these at £100 per tent per night.

  • A private wood-fired hot tub set within the apple orchard, available for use during your session.

    The tub is prepared and heated for your group in advance, ready to use at an agreed time within your booking window. It offers a luxurious way to pause, reset and take in the nature around you.

    We can offer this at £200 per session.

Woodbury Common

Location

Our 15 acre rewilding site sits just outside Woodbury Salterton in East Devon, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We’re a 10-minute walk up a quiet lane from Woodbury Common, where you can roam 240 acres of open heathland and ancient landscape with sweeping views across to the sea.

The coast at Budleigh Salterton is just a 15 minute drive away, offering coastal walks and sea swimming.

On site, you’ll find a mix of meadow and ancient woodland, as well as our special spaces to gather.

About your host

Chloe Revill is a facilitator and co-founder of Change in Nature, with over a decade of experience designing and leading nature-based retreats for teams and organisations.

Her work focuses on creating the conditions for clear thinking, meaningful dialogue and renewed perspective, particularly for purpose-led groups working in complex or high-pressure environments.

Alongside her work with teams, Chloe is a co-facilitator on Embercombe’s year-long rewilding training, and has supported a wide range of organisations to step back, reconnect and think differently about their work.

She lives on the land and is closely involved in its ongoing rewilding.
